1) what are the main differences vs consulting interviews? Based on the briefing doc from recruiter, it looks similar (behavioral + ~case) but there must be differences

Any other HR Professionals tired of not being consider for a role just because you haven’t worked in a tech start up? Honestly, I don’t know if I will be a fit or not (nor do they) if they say no even before the hiring manager has spoken to me. There are so many HR openings in tech right now so saying no people that haven’t worked in tech doesn’t make sense to me.
