When listing position at a consulting firm on a resume, should you show multiple positions to demonstrate the promotions you’ve received? Or just show the current (post-promotion) role

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I am trying to move to Houston but I don’t want to move until I am confident I can obtain a position in the city before packing up and leaving.

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. Coworker(c1) has been complaining, with overwhelming toxicity, about a senior level coworker's(2) lack of work on programs which c2 is responsible for and usually takes credit. Now c1 is refusing to do any task related to these programs. Tasks which both c1 and I are responsible for. How do I approach c1 to talk them off the ledge? Do you have someone in your office/group that you just loathe? They’ve only been on good projects with strong project teams since they’ve started. I’ve gone to them for help in the past via a partners suggestion but came to find out they’ve had their hand held the whole time. How do you get past feeling jealous and annoyed because you work your ass off and are supposedly a top performer but still get put on shit projects with no help? Is it really just time to walk?
