Hi fishes, need help

I'm working as a business tech analyst at ZS since 1.5 years and I have worked extensively in SQL and in automation using Python. I know a good deal of ML and DL theory and have done two projects which I believe are good. I'm from CS background and am decent at coding. Anyone who can help me with a referral for data science/ML engineer roles? Current CTC is 13L.

Do you think there’s a glass ceiling for out gay employees? I’ve been with my (now) husband for the last two decades and had three positions. I’ve absolutely excelled in each, winning awards, exceeding goals, working well. But with each position, I’ve had difficulty getting promoted. I even took on the responsibilities of a senior director after his firing and I couldn’t get promoted. My handpicked successor — who I think is an excellent marketer — became a director almost immediately.

Which of these options are better for career advancement and exit opportunities? 1) Working exclusively on proposal responses and development 2) Working exclusively on delivery projects.

Let's assume we don't get to do both.

Culture is weird to say the least.
