I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

Hello All, Office Sup. for a major hospital, w/ 15 years experience. I have lots of experience in every position in the office, especially in training. I recently applied for an EPIC trainer position within the company and according to Glassdoor the average pay is about 23k more than what I currently make. I’m afraid of getting a lowball offer since 1. they obviously know my current salary and 2. I’d be new at this particular role, although I meet qualifications. Any advice if that’s the case?

I have a Consultant level (post-MBA) offer from MBB. I’m currently an Associate (soon to be Manager) at a blockchain VC, and was previously a Manager at a Tier 2/3 consulting firm. While I’m really happy in my current role and believe in the future of blockchain technology and get great investment opportunities, I feel this would be a great opportunity to get the MBB stamp of credibility, and the pay is significantly higher (2-3x).
