Can you leverage an offer after you accepted?

I accepted an offer at a consulting firm for 84k base + 5k sign on. However, I recently received another offer for 80k + 5k sign on. As an undergrad, is it worthwhile trying to leverage the second offer? Also, say I did get the second company to match my first offer, would it be unethical to call the company I already accepted and tell them that I received a better offer and want to negotiate? Both are in the Healthcare sector.

Every other week, I think of leaving B4 Partnership and do something different like working for a big tech or a startup or even start my own business. I am not too much worried about sacrificing my yearly income but leaving the pension on the table is too much of a bitter pill to swallow.
