Do all of you ask your new employer to restart PERM and I140 process even if you know priority date for GC is 10-15 years from now? Ofcourse I’m asking fellow Indians who got their i140 approval from a previous employer.

When an in-house recruiter at another company cold-emails you, is it fair to ask them for the rough offer range in your initial response back (to avoid wasting everyone’s time)? Or do you owe them the courtesy of taking at least a screening phone call and asking then?
