Layoffs at Mullen BOS?
Hello Folks at Nagarro ,
Is it normal that HR takes time ( more than a week or so) to schedule the next/final round. I have been chasing them for every task ( even for finding results of each round).
Do HR / recruitment team generally inform if the position is on-hold or they keep on stalling the candidate ?

I’ve applied to AE and AM positions at Amazon and Uber but I can never seem to get past the 1st interview. I have 7yrs sales experience and consistently top3 AM, I sell automotive chemicals and provide business development consolation. I used to have the ability to see a breakdown of past sales, but my company took that away (although I was able to save 2019,2020,&2021 numbers). Any advice on how to get past the 1st interview with hiring manager?

While I was a level 1 manager; I led a team, played the role of Hiring Manager, along with Attendance Manager.
In the moment, I was super stressed. I can’t tell you how to handle that, because I didn’t handle it well. Fast forward and with the benefit of hindsight, it was a blessing in disguise. It prepared me for future opportunities and helped me build the multitasking skills.
Right now with the COVID life, I try to find time to disconnect for an hour or two and just spend it not thinking about work at all.
Everyone is different. Mine is usually in the morning. I’ll walk up around 4 or 5, listed to a podcast or music. Maybe play a video game. Just something to relax before the grind starts.

Keep your manager informed about all of what your afe doing. When I say informed, I mean give them so much information they tell you to stop.
While I am not a manager I recently had a situation where my boss thought I wasn't being as productive as I actually was. The problem? I failed to hi e him updates on what I was doing. Now, I give him every other day reports on all of my activities.
My boss is now going to add additional tasks beginning next week to "fill in my day." I went from working 8 hours to about 10-12 a day, and have not taken a lunch in weeks due to my workload and in order to close new deals to keep up with the team (as it was requested).
I am beginning to feel a bit burned out not just from work, but I also have 4 kids that are virtually learning.
My question to the MEGA multitasking people out there is this. How are you managing your stress and avoiding mental exhaustion?
