I recommend applying to be a Chic Fil A operator (franchise owner). They make $350k a year minimum

I advise both franchisors and franchisees. The paperwork you get to review and sign is EXHAUSTIVE (and exhausting) but it is vital that you understand what you are signing up for. The circumstances where you could lose your rights, owe more money, or be required to participate in additional programs like regional marketing expense funds. I would review everything carefully yourself and consult with a franchise attorney before you sign on the dotted line. And none of this is meant to scare you away from investing in a franchise - there are huge benefits for all parties in a well-run franchised business.
