Wfh is not permanent at PwC
PwC had “virtual” roles before the pandemic, they just made the process to do it more visual/easier to request last year. For a lot of reasons (including that the workforce wants it and pwc is getting rid of office space) it’s not going to go away
it’s team dependent really. EY though has been fairly good on staying completely WFH but partners have been pushing for back in the office (although most don’t)
Not big 4, but Crowe has and allows fully remote opportunities for sure.
The one thing I’ll add for PwC is that while there is a remote option, there still could be the expectation to come to the office/client 0-3 times a month on average.
I’m technically flex and I’ve traveled/gone into the office less than pwc 4
No official policy but depends on the team. My team is pretty remote.
