Thoughts on taking fully remote role? Was made an offer and the team mentioned they were ok with me being 100% remote even as they transition back to the office in a few months. Thoughts? Would this hurt my career long term?

I am currently working with JPMC as a Business Analyst - 502 for about a year, 11 LPA CTC.

I am told that I will be promoted to 601 in July next year since I am a campus hire, is there a hike bump when you're promoted to 601 and when does it actually reflect on your salary? Cause Compensation statement is generated in Jan-Feb, so does that mean if there is a hike cause of promotion I will have to wait for 6-7 months for that to be reflected in salary?
