I joined Fujitsu in april and currently on bench from last 2 months.I have seen policy in Fujitsu portal ,that they will terminate associates on bench for more than 3 months.
I also got an offer from CTS with X+3 LPA,Shall I move with the new offer and what is the notice period that I have to serve,as HR confirmed me to serve 90 days,and CTS joinning is after 2 months.

Why would a sensible and confident person ever feel that way? No, I put a pic wherever required (bio, proposal, intranet etc). I am me and bring my whole self wherever I go.
No. I just made sure my silk press held and the lighting was right, so I could pass for "two or more races."

I'm black from the first time you meet me to the last time you see me, so taking my picture down isn't going to help me network in person and then the relationship isn't real and at that point is it even worth it?
My personal theory on this is if you have to hide your race to get a role, you probably don’t want that job and would be unhappy there.

I have a friend that does that... Only because he doesn't want to be prejudged, I get it, for each there own... But not me, pre judge me if you want you get all of this blackness from day 1 over here

This doesn’t make sense to me. I would never want to network with someone who doesn’t have a linkedin picture. It’s weird for one and comes off extremely tacky like you don’t have the decency/sense to just get a headshot. It’s hard not to assume the worst when someone has no picture, because why would a grown ass person not have one?
My take is if my skin color scares you, my intelligence will absolutely terrify you. Ain’t got time for phonies.

I have two personas on LinkedIn- one is “me”, the other is a racially ambiguous person named “Judy”. Guess who gets more connection requests? Guess who’s LinkedIn articles get more reads.
I don’t put up my pictures on websites (unless required). I enjoy being anonymous online.
Yup, I’m quite paranoid of the detrimental capabilities of technology........because I help design and build them.
On the ones (only 1 for now) where my picture exists, I haven’t had someone not respond to me because of what they see. That’s my experience.
