Piggy-backing on this post but for virtually therapy!!
Enthusiast
Same here. And also for a therapist that is familiar with law life.
Not in NYC, but in case anyone in Orlando follows this post, Christi Rogers is great. She specializes in eating disorders and has many lawyer clients.
Beth Sonnenberg out of Northern NJ. Is doing virtuals now. She’s a life coach as well and I have gone to her on and off since law school. Has gotten me through the bar, a bonkers terrible law firm job, grief issues, fertility/miscarriage, has given career guidance, talked me through a rough pregnancy (essentially felt hungover for like 5 months)... she’s the real deal.
Nathan Earl. He works out of Pittsburgh, but he does virtual appointments. He knows “lawyer life” well; his wife or fiancé (not sure which) works in BigLaw.
Celeste Viciere ( aka Celeste the Therapist) is amazing. She is based in Boston but does telehealth.
Jacqueline Phung brooklyn
Dr. Dawn Hughes (in NYC). She testifies as an expert in a lot of cases so is very familiar with lawyer life.
I liked Tina Henderson at City Therapy. She actually went to law school for a year before dropping out so she knows a bit about the stress involved. City Therapy also accepted a bunch of insurances and had a ton of therapists to choose from who are all virtual right now (I think).
