How do they manage to do that? And, yeah, a lot of companies out there go out of their way to bury and hide anything negative across the entire internet. I'm not sure it's the best way to go about solving problems either.

I actually didn't know that was at all possible which is super shady. I'm kinda surprised that Glassdoor allows that tbh. But honestly, it's an internal issue and not something you can fix. You can try to gently raise it by addressing one thing at a time maybe and take the slow-burn approach, but it might not always work
What kind of reviews are you referring to? Glassdoor will only remove reviews that violates content and guideline rules or reviews that are not relevant to the company (example - review left from a role that the company does not employ)
