Can someone let me know how much a L5 Amazon full time recruiter is paid, plus bonus plus stocks?
I am working in Wipro and have an offer from LTI for Trend analyst Lead (P5) position. Can anyone please help me with hierarchy in LTI and what's average salary at P5? Also what's the work culture in LTI. Are they still in work from home or work from office mode.
Partner question: is it true that your first year as a partner you take a pay cut because of you buy in? Someone told me that first year partners make a low compensation amount their first year cont..
Best exits in Atlanta? Tech consultant with 6 yrs of consulting. What compensation should i target?
Just got an offer (NYC mid size firm, VP level) but concerned I undersold my salary requirements. Two questions: 1) What’s the range for VP in NYC? 2) Can I negotiate for more $ If I essentially lowballed myself?
What is a typical salary for a financial analyst with 2.5 years of experience in NYC? Considering a PE backed tech company just wondering how I should proceed with Corp discussion
Does anyone else struggle to define how ambitious they want to be? I feel like I’ve always pushed to be the best and achieve the next milestone, and I think if I tried I could become a partner or executive or what have you (I’m a manager now). But I’m also tempted to switch over to a less stressful, internal job (for the same pay, just less steep comp growth) and just be comfortable and enjoy life (contd)
Alright fellow directors... what do we think M1 salary will be? I did see new hire coming in at 200
Hi fish fam! Need help with Amazon compensation negotiation. Being offered L6 Senior Program Manager (non-tech) role in DC Area. Any tips on what to expect on the total comp? Appreciate your support fam!
Is $58K in NYC for an entry level 1 fp&a analyst low? Trying to negotiate but they seem pretty firm on salary.
I am currently a PL at BCG. Not in a hurry to leave but starting to look at options. What exit compensation should I expect in the Bay Area?
Would like to get a Controller role at a PE firm. What salary should I expect in the NYC (or any HCOL) area?
How much more $ can you reasonably expect to get when negotiating an initial offer? Especially if they say that the offer is the top of their salary band but potentially flexible?
Do art and copy always make the same salary?
Got an offer for the same total comp, but MAYBE less stressful than my current job (fewer deadlines but similar hours due to larger deal size/more complex and less volume; vacation time to be respected) with maybe less upside potential. Been at my current job for a year, it’s bearable but I am not happy (previous jobs were mostly neutral). When the (new company) HR said what I’m feeling is called being burnt out I almost cried. Understand it’s personal choice, which would you choose?
How much involvement do we have in our career roundtables? Is it an open discussion or is it them telling you what they've already decided in terms of how they think you're diung/your compensation

Feeling super discouraged. I’m pretty average IQ wise, but I’ve always been able to get ahead by working harder/longer than others. (e.g. I raised my ACT score for 29 to 35 by taking 30+ practice tests, and got into MBB on my second try by doing 50+ mock interviews.) But now that I’m at MBB I feel like working hard isn’t enough. I feel like to succeed here you have to be lightning fast at picking stuff up and executing tasks, and that’s just not me.
Gave $15 tip on a $96 bill with $7 tax included. It's a little over 15% on the total. The restaurant asked if we wanted still or sparkling water. Said sparking and was charged $9 for it. Was I too cheap for only giving a $15 tip?

People realize the recession is only just starting right? So far we have only had a few rate rises, with many more to come. Stocks are down a little, but only just barely into bear territory. Major companies will be reporting large losses soon, but that hasn't happened yet, and the market will react to that. No major companies have begun large layoffs yet, either, so far we are only seeing a few minor hiring freezes. And of course we haven't seen bankruptcies yet, but they are surely coming.
