Do B4 folks have a better shot at getting MBB interviews in general or does school rank dictate that?Does it matter if you go to a T15 and not M7? Is the calibre relevant only for consulting newbies?

I'm a business Analyst. I have 5 years of experience and I am searching for job currently and have applied in 20 jobs so far. For some reason I'm not sure for what,My application itself is getting rejected and worst case scenario it is still showing as under consideration for like month now! Can someone please share your thoughts here?

Now, what is the next step.
When can I expect a call from HR for salary negotiation.

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

There is this big bank where I'd love to work at, and after several interviews for various positions they end up promoting someone from within, even thou I understand it and think it’s good they promote their people, it left me feeling like I'm just being used to comply with the process.

I am potentially getting an offer from Meta as a product manager, in active interviews now. Any comp gut checks available for an L4 or L5 product manager? They won’t give solid info on comp until the offer, I don’t want to waste my time. Also, any insight into work/life balance in this type of role would also be helpful. Hi Guys. I have a second round interview with the Director of Marketing and IT Business Analyst. This is for a web designer position. Already answered the basic interview questions in the first round. What can I expect?

I need insight on these “Tell me about a time” interview questions. I understand the response format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) however, I’m having difficulty with needing to have a story for a hella ton of scenarios when they’re asking these questions. Any tips/ tricks to pass this type of interview? So aggravating when interviewing and 90% of time in the interview are these questions and the last 10% are about your experience/ skills. Feel like I’m not able to really express myself.

Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Recruiter and mgr had great things to say around growth and opportunity, which doesn’t align with feedback from the bowls or Glassdoor.

unpopular opinion: An Mba is one of three things:
1. A ticket to get deeper into the corporate world (essentially buying into the rat race)
2. A 2 year vacation for rich people.
3. A tax that internationals have to pay in order to get a solid corporate job
