Do banks provide GST invoice of the charges they take?

I've received inward remittance in my account and for that bank has taken their commission along with GST charges + service charge on foreign exchange. But they have not provided the GST invoice of this transaction.

I'm trying to convince them to provide me the GST invoice as I'm availing their service, when they are providing their service, taking charges and then they should also provide the invoice of the same!
