I make 30/hr right now in tech pmo .. Should I quit to make 57/hr doing more or less the same work but on w2 for some indian firm with no incl benefits.. I'm married and do need benefits in some way

When you aren't traveling this week and get to work from home but missing out on that per diem and actually have to spend money on food

I’m looking for WLB, learning and growth in Web UI development, relocation opportunities outside India, yearly/ performance based increments & promotions, chance of permanent WFH. T-Systems, Nagarro, TCS, LTI, Dassault, CDK Global - offered salaries are almost similar, 5-10% more or less. I’ve accepted Nagarro but will decline a few soon. Is there ever a scenario where it would be beneficial to the employee to enter into an arbitration agreement with your employer (mutually consent to resolve by arbitration all claims or controversies, past present or future that the company may have against you or you against the company/company's employees)? I can't see any real benefit as an employee to waive my rights.Context: received an offer in which there is a voluntary arbitration agreement. No adverse employment action if I opt out. TIA

Hi guys, I had technical round on last Sunday 5th sept, after that yesterday(7th sept) i got mail regarding AMCAT English+writeX. I gave that test. Now today(8th sept) I got call from there consultant that i got selected and have to submit required documents. I did submitted all the docs. But i had no HR round for salary discussion.. How do you guys manage a partner who never leaves their desk (even on weekends and when nothing is super pressing) and just blows you up at any moment nonstop?
