Hi Brothers & Sisters,
I need a little help.
My company has 90 days of NP.
I am finding it very difficult to get into an interview due to the notice period.
If you know any company that has a good work culture, two digit yearly increment and pays their employees fairly who accepts 90 days NP, kindly comment the names & if possible a link to the carrier site except these companies.

I have been in house my entire legal career - almost a decade in, a few upward moves, been part of the hiring process and now Senior Corporate Counsel heading the legal support for the Americas region of my organization. I say all that to say that over the years I’ve picked up great interviewing and job search tips and tricks. In my experience, it’s particularly important to conclude your interview with key questions around when the employer intends to fill the position and when they expect you will hear back. I have found that using the response to the latter question as a calendar marker for sending out a follow up inquiry/expressing my continued interest, is a good way to set my mind at ease and also give the hiring team breathing room. If that follow up email is ignored (i.e., more than a week or so without a response), then it is fair to assume that you are not being considered for the position. It can be hard to mentally resolve to this reality when you’ve had what you felt was a great interview, but if you truly knocked it out of the park, the hiring team does not delay AND ignore/ghost.
Could be either. I’ve been ghosted even after full-on interviews with practical components. If it was just a screener though, getting ghosted is sadly pretty routine.
This happens at every company and every level.
Depends what you mean by ghosted. During my interview process, I would regularly not hear anything between rounds for 2 weeks or so. Ultimately got an offer, but it took a long time!
In my experience it depends on who is setting up the interviews. If there isn’t HR involved and the senior lawyers are the ones emailing to set things up, it’s unlikely they’ll later send a personal rejection and will probably ghost. If it’s HR they probably have more of an automated rejection process.
I’ve experienced getting ghosted after screeners frequently even after following up. Less frequent after a regular interview, but still experienced that more than once too.
Likely no decision made yet. My last company 5 months to hire a VP attorney because senior leaders couldn’t make up their minds about which candidate was the best fit.
Once had seven, SEVEN, interviews with a tech company including with their GC. Then ghosted.

Yes; candidates also make a mental note not to deal with those companies/recruiters again
