Generally, accuracy is more important than precision

Talk through assumptions - heavily footnote your model with your assumptions. Have an output that shows assumptions summary. As long as your assumptions are reasonable, and can explain them, you’re fine

Question for EY moms - my husband and I are thinking about starting a family soon, so I was looking up the parental leave policy to see what my options are. I know some firms have clawback clauses that require you to come back to work for a specific period of time or else you have to pay back the salary you received while on leave, but I couldn’t find anything similar in the EY policy. Does this mean EY doesn’t have a clawback clause for parental leave, or is it just hidden away somewhere? TIA!
