Hey everyone, I have a bit of a dilemma. The school that I’m at right now I love. I love the people, I love the kids (even if they get on my last nerve). It’s the management that’s ruined it. Our management team had a swift change in direction and now it’s just bad. They don’t know how the school works and everything feels seriously different. The last two weeks have been the hardest in all of my profession and I want to find somewhere else. Should I try and stick it out, or find something new?

I have a counselor that always calls a meeting when a kid complains. She doesn’t take time to talk to me about it, and I’m always in meetings. The kids are empowered here.
