Do folks have advice for how to social engage/nurture your elder parents in their retirement? My mom is deeply lonely, and I’m getting worried for her. She retired from teaching just before the pandemic hit, and she has very limited socialization. She’s very lonely and depressed. Did you have empty nest parents that has hobbies or groups that helped them feel more fulfilled/satisfied?

We went to a wedding and husband was not wearing a mask at the airport and in public places . He gets Covid and we find out several of the guests also got Covid .
