Hi, I had worked with cognizant for 8 years. At the beginning, i had worked under BPO for three years and then moved to IT and worked as a tester for the remaining years. However, the receiving letter had not been mentioned about the BPO experience. So could we ask Cognizant to provide two reliving letters of one related to the BPO?

You’ll have to explain the GPA but I would also wait until you get promoted. Did you take the GRE/GMAT yet? And if you wait a year or two, pick up a few extracurriculars in the meantime.
Have not taken the gre/gmat. Which one do you recommend?
What are examples of good extracurricular activities to have?
yeah. you need a good GMAT (720+) to make up for your GPA. the higher the better, of course.
you are also on the young side (lacking experience), so i would wait a couple years to apply. hopefully by then you have some promotions (work progression) and solid recommendations.
start picking up extracurriculars now and start studying for the GMAT if you haven’t already imo. you have plenty of time, but the sooner you get started, the better.
Yeah, I don't plan on applying anytime soon.
1.) Any good examples of extracurriculars?
2.) Definitely nervous about the GMAT. Been looking at YouTube videos and it looks intense. How many times can I take the Gmat before adcoms look down upon it.

You’ll definitely want a smashin GRE/GMAT score to make up for the GPA. Start to get involved in EC activities and find leadership opportunities with that. Continue to crush your work and create impact along with finding ways to lead at work. You do have some time since your WE is light
