I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.

I don't think so, my friend got an MBA to go into Ops and it didn't help her. I would stick to applying/gaining experience - MBAs can always come later
I think you can go without it for now since your other degrees are fairly well-rounded. I would pivot to getting hands-on, or a place at a solid firm or certs. I wouldn't discourage going back for it later, especially for B.Ops but for now I would stick to getting some professional experience.
Student here. OP, would you mind sharing your plan for getting into consulting? I've still got a couple years to decide what I'm doing after graduation, but I've shied away from consulting on the assumption that I need work experience to do it. Am I wrong for thinking that?
