What are the exit opportunities/salary ranges for roles in sustainability consulting? I hear all this attention for sustainability but I don’t see a lot of positions or roles for this work

This will be a boomerang. -Corporate Strategy Mng role in a private company $125K base My priority is WLB and minimal travel but seems like WLB is not really possible in Strategy role but there is possible traveling in Big4 too. Just got an offer for a Sr. AWS DevOps role at 145K, I will be working remotely 100% with maybe 5% travel, if any. No bonus with this company. I have over 8 years of DevOps and AWS, all AWS certs . I have an offer at Google and trying to decide if I take it! It’s a level lower than where I am now and would take about two years to get to the next level. Right now I’m at KPMG as a manager and am pretty much guaranteed Director in October if I stay. TC if I stay and make Director is more than if I leave for Google. I have an opportunity to take a contract to hire position with a previous client hotel chain at a 60% increase in my current salary. The catch is that it’s only for 6 mos. If I staff after that, it drops to ~170K, but with great benefits and position. Or I could not; could be cut loose, or move on. Any advice? Hoping to hear a success story, but I’ll take anything.
