Do I need to select my target schools before taking the gmat or can I leave it blank and submit my gmat scores to the schools during the MBA application process

Hearing mixed opinions on transferring offices at BCG. I’ll be a summer associate at one of the smaller offices (think Detroit/Philly/NJ), but I spent my whole life in the same state as the office I will join.

I’d like to transfer to a bigger office after my internship (CHI/NY/BOS). I’ve heard that if you’re within the same region, it’s easier. However, my reason for transferring would be to experience a new, bigger city than the one I’ve always been in.
