Manager with 6 years experience, mostly in delivery and a couple stints on strategy projects. Currently evaluating the market for exit opportunities and could use some input.

1. What level / types of roles should I be looking for if wanting to transition to biz ops / strategy roles in tech? Would appreciate specific examples of title + company
2. When building a resume, is it best to detail 3-4 project experiences like we do for internal one pagers?

I got an email on Friday at 1:30 asking for my availability this week for an interview and I responded back Saturday at 11:30 and sent the recruiter an email letting him know I responded and I was looking forward to the interview but I haven’t heard back. Is this a bad sign or am I overthinking it?

Now today(8th sept) I got call from there consultant that i got selected and have to submit required documents. I did submitted all the docs. But i had no HR round for salary discussion.. Do they are going to hire me? When did they will release Offer letter if i am selected?

Does anyone know how to successfully transition from academia clinical research into industry clinical operations? I’m currently at a director level of a large research program in academia and oversee operations. Prior to that I was a clinical research coordinator with extensive trial experience from study startup-close out. I’m not sure what level would be a good transition step and open to new roles/opportunities as well.
