Hi Fishes
I have an interview scheduled with Accenture India Strategy for the manager position in there Supply Chain & Operations practice.
Any ideas on what kind of questions I should expect?
Case study?
Guesstimate?
Scenario based questions?
Any inputs would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance!

OFFER HELP: Currently an L5 PM at Amazon making $80k (I came in as L4 hourly and we all know how tiny the bumps are). Just got an offer from Facebook (Meta) for a program manager role, base is 125k. Can someone help me negotiate when I’m already so blown away by and grateful for this offer? I know I’m supposed to, but given everything that’s going on in the world right now, I know I am IMMENSELY privileged already and it feels so greedy to ask for anything else.
Anyone have suggestions for getting into FAANG companies? I’ve been a CD and Generalist for 15 years in NY/LA in post, advertising and vfx, with a handful of years in UI/UX and product development. Never thought it would be this hard to get in the door. Any help would be appreciated. Facebook (Meta) Apple Amazon Netflix Google
FWIW: I got in from B School with a 3.4 GPA in Engineering, and I didn’t list it on my resume.
Most people don't realize how hard it is to get good grades in engineering ... the struggle was super real
No, not if you have relevant work experience.
Cool! Thanks! I have plenty of experience now and excited to not have it haunt me anymore
No. 3.4 doesn't exactly jump off the page.
Leave it off, but the online app will make you input a GPA anyway
You can easily tell what kind of school somebody went to if they think a 3.4 in engineering should be hidden
^right. But people do get 3.8+ on engineering.
Similar question but would you put the GPA on if you had nearly a 4.0 in engineering? I think it works in my favor but not sure if undergrad GPAs are always supposed to be left off once you have work experience?
Resumes are supposed to list your strong points and career achievements. If you've graduated from a program that isn't generous on GPA and if you think you've done a good job securing a 3.4, then might as well list it and talk about it briefly in your interview as a starting point of your strengths
If it’s a 4.0 and within the last 6 years, yes list it
As a rule, if it’s under 3.5 I wouldn’t show it.
A2 you can state that you graduated with honors
I wouldn’t
Thanks!
Please don't put a 3.4 OP, no matter how rigorous the school program was
Wow- lots of focus on gpa- it does not matter at all if you have experience- also since consulting is a relationship industry, you could argue a 4.0 in a difficult engineering program spent too much time studying and not enough on building a network, relationships, and life skills
No
ATK. You could. But GPA is still a pretty good, if imperfect, indicator of ability and hard work ( in varying proportions).
