Littler does not

like

C1 - I assumed since OP is an associate they were asking about associates

JL does not. Profit sharing only for non attorneys.

like

OD doesn’t either, FYI

like

Not until you’re a nesh - then you get profit sharing.

like

JL doesn't. I'm not sure about Littlter. JL does profit sharing for non-lawyers.

Is there an easy/efficient way to figure out how much you've contributed to vs earned in your Roth accounts? I started contributing >20 years ago to my employer's Roth 401k and have rolled it over to a Roth IRA and moved it between multiple custodians, e.g. Fidelity, Vanguard, UBS, Personal Capital, etc. It is unclear to me how much I contributed vs how much I earned by investing it.

The purpose of doing this is I want to use $10K of it, but want to prove that the $10K is from my contribution.

Hello HR folks. Overheard a conversation at work and am curious what is the norm.
If an employee goes out on FMLA, obviously the benefits person sends them the STD, FMLA paperwork etc. But is it the maagers responsibility to maintain communication with the person out on leave and to get a timeline on their return or would that be the benefits team? Or maybe the HRBP?

Hi! I just got converted to full time as a intern, and received this email about 401k which I don’t quite understand. Does the 3% means the match that company gives to me for free? So I don’t have to contribute anything to my 401k while getting free 3% match money? Thank you!!

SO has sharp pain from the slightest arousal, anything more than holding hands has progressively gone off the table. Any attempts of passing that threshold usually lead to pain that causes stopping, and some frustration from both sides. She tried physical therapy but it didn’t seem to help.

How do we handle this? Going on almost 2 years of this getting slowly and progressively worse, and feels like it’s starting to cause some strain.

I’d like to continue building my skillset here and venture into product development to facilitate strat consulting for the areas above (sorry for the buzzwords).

In this case, is an MBA required to succeed or progress to the MD, partner, C Suite level? Or should I grind my way through the industry given my interests are so pointed?

Would love a convo and/or guidance.
