I wrote a resume that stressed my understanding of the business value of the work I was doing, passed the case interviews and am jumping from BAH to BCG doesn't feel like a wildly different change. BCG is a single resource pool and cost structure and there is no federal line of business like at Deloitte and Accenture, which is part of the value we bring. Hence, everyone gets paid exactly the same. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise
