Do MM funds have Ops teams? Assuming yes, how many YOE are typically required to be eligible for a role?

I’ve been a “manager” for a while but haven’t actually had anyone to manage. I’m moving into a new role soon where I will be managing someone. Don’t want to screw it up, any advice?

I suffer from depression and anxiety. Been facing it through past year now. Have tried all natural methods but no success. Also pandemic hasn’t made it easier as well.

Lot of pressure from family to get married but with my state of mind, not so much inclined. (M29).

Family thinks it good to move back to india and try afresh but the prospect of not been able to get good salary job/ and sabotaging a career that I made gives me more anxiety.

Is no progression leads no Hike and No VPB in EY GDS?

As I joined as "senior 1" 9 months back,I got info that I am not eligible for progression.

What does partner track vs counsel actually look like? The senior counsel I work with seem to work just as much if not more than the partners I work with. Why not gun for partner if that’s going to be your life anyway with lower comp?

so i think to switch my career,it took me 5 years to get out of a career that wasn't right for me as a sales. I have always been interested in the tech field now i have a difficult to reach out a position like IT adminitrator. i have a degree in Computer Systems Technicians. so my question is any suggestion how to convince a recruiter with my cv.
