I’m honestly afraid my boyfriend is drinking too much and I’m not sure what to do about it. Most nights it’s 4-5 beers or so. He honestly didn’t drink that much before meeting me a year ago but at that point he honestly couldn’t drink much because of his living situation and wasn’t making very much. He got a new job that made more and moved in with me and since drinking has become a lot more of an issue. He’s never that drunk, angry when drinking, or driving. I’m just a little worried about it.

Recently, I’ve been working with a new team and couldn’t be happier with the work environment we’ve created even being short staffed. I can’t help but reflect on my past team structures I’ve had at past agencies.. I never felt I could relate to anyone (usually white f/m) and seems like we only ever bonded over happy hours & publisher outings with tons of booze.
