Do most of your companies offer corporate anniversary gifts to employees each year?

Yes. Most companies do it every few years (1, 3, 5, 10, etc). I think it’s a silly waste of cash most of the time. Verbal affirmations and public recognition means so much more.

I got something at 5 years. Added vacation days and I think and a 500 dollar credit to use anywhere

I had one company that gave me like pins , jewelry, and items that were company branded .. I'd rather have a small bonus or gift card & more vacation is always welcome. I do like companies that send welcome baskets though when you are new. Gets you excited.

I believe I got one at 1, 10, 15...

I wish! Usually we receive gifts just for milestones, such as 5 years or 10 years.

We have the manager write a personal message and give it to the employee with a small Giftogram gift card. For those in our warehouse, they really like the gift card. For those in office or management roles, the personal message is more meaningful.
