I’m a first time middle manager. So my focus is (highest to lowest priority) 1) delegation & coaching; 2) internal processes & ops (team enablement); 3) code review/feedback; and 4) ad hoc partnerships/support for my team and other teams.

As an IC, I had a lot of peers, stakeholders and projects where I worked in depth, but now, my scope is broader and I worry that it’s harder to get quality 360 feedback and it’ll hurt my reviews. Any suggestions ppl have?

I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits.
Current salary is $85K. I am getting very frustrated that this has not increased even after asking. Thoughts? What to do? What do other seasoned FL PTs make?

I’m a contracts specialist and have been in my role for 2 years. Prior to that, I had 3 years of experience with bidding as well. Any others in the same role care to share salaries? I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
