Two weeks ago, I arranged my first happy hour in hopes of lifting the team’s spirit up and for everyone to meet and greet (our client is pretty rigorous and I’m newbie). Everyone accepted the meeting. And no one showed up without telling me. Last week I learned that instead they all showed up to another happy hour that another account person created at the last minute. I’m appalled and honestly don’t know what to do. Am I being ignored? Does this happen a lot?

I have a black SM that’s very short and cut-dry. She’s not very welcoming & has once exchanged not so pleasant words with me and a few others on my team. Am I the only one noticing how hard it is to get substitute teachers in Massachusetts? Pre-COVID it was a fight for hours.
