Is my manager forcing me out?

In our 121 last we had a good discussion on creating a personal development plan, with the idea being I’d write down clear goals & action points to get from my current level to the next, and I’d provide weekly evidence of it. I prepped the doc accordingly, but instead of wanting to discuss it, he said I have 4 weeks to “turn things around” - without giving any new info on what I’ve done wrong - esp given I wrote my goals based on this same feedback from last week??

I hate having to give tips for everything when I'm on vacation. I don't want to be carrying cash around. In fact, I don't even want to be thinking about it. I just want to relax!

To be clear, this isn't about the money. It's about the hassle. I'd just rather pay an upfront gratuity fee that covers all of tips for the entire stay.

Candidates: how long do you expect a job interview process (from first contact to offer letter) to last? And how long has it actually lasted for you?
Trying to bridge that gap between my clients and candidates.
But also wondering if the time span has shortened over the years. It used to be candidates needed time to walk through it, really consider fit, etc. Now seems candidates are ready to rock after maybe 3 weeks and consider it a con on the company if they take longer.

Most likely getting fired, tips on how to find a job ASAP? I made a pretty big mistake that required supplemental filings with government offices to fix (missed some items when reviewing/comparing long lists of things across 20-30 years). It’s fixable and the client isn’t really getting hurt by this (worst case signing gets delayed), but my anxiety is telling me to prepare for the worst. Can I ask for extra time at the firm to find a new job (so I wasn’t “fired”)? Or should I go for severance?
