I am being offered 26 lpa (fixed) by Goldman Sachs at 7 years of experience. Role is in the Management and Strategy team within the Global Markets division. My skillset is Data Analytics.

I had asked for 30 lpa. The recruiter sounded like she was doing a favor by offering me a 30% hike on my current salary (20 lpa) and is not willing to negotiate.
