This might come off as offensive, but it's a genuine question from a man to women (and anyone else). I feel like for a long time talking about sports in the office has kept women out of the small talk, because I've perceived that women don't tend to have the same interest, certain not in golf. I don't want to be talking about things that everyone can't relate to/that aren't inclusive of women, but I also feel like I don't want to assume that women don't like sports. Help.

Do any carriers in Europe pay salaries equal to their American counterparts? I’ve found that the salary for my role is pretty much halved across the Atlantic.

I know that my company, Chubb, does and from time to time they have rotational programs where not only do you maintain your US salary but you also get COLA and a housing allowance, unfortunately nothing right now nor permanent.

Another option would be insurance companies that pay your American salary while working abroad.

Looking for people with an OR background that can play across supply chain & data science. Strong proficiency in building optimization models (cplex/gurobi) as well as metaheuristic models.

My brother is burnt out at a top agency. He’s still on probation and can’t get sick leave. He’s not even allowed to take time off! The job is completely wrong for him but he doesn’t earn enough to save a rainy day fund. He was asked to work when he caught covid. Often works late hours. Is doing an AD role when he is a Creative at heart and has no idea where to go next.

Is it normal for a creative department to be set up so that only 1 or 2 creative teams get all the “good” briefs (campaign concepts, commercial shoot opportunities, anything with budget) and the rest of the creative teams churn out the “boring work” (banners, social from already shot assets,etc).
