I’m interviewing at two great tech companies and am in the last rounds of interviews at both, meeting with the execs. Both companies have expressed that they want to hire me regardless if the execs agree and are willing to find a place for me. Both have great company culture and benefits, and both are willing to meet my salary requirements. I wish I could work at both of them! If you were in this position, what other factors, besides the obvious would help you make a choice between the two?

I'm applying for a job that wants at least two business or professional references. Thing is my current job is my first job out of college and I don't want them contacting my current employer. Who am I suppose to list as a reference? Leave it blank although they personally asked for references? List college professors? Ask a coworker to be a reference and not spread work I'm leaving?

I interviewed with Goldman Sachs for 3 different divisions for Internal Audit Associate role. After successful interviews, they asked me about which division do I want to work with. I gave them the order of the roles I am interested in. Next step was basic talks with Recruiter and Immigration team. They gave me to fill recruiter form (focussed on Salary expectations) - TC in NYC on LinkedIn is 85k to 140k. I gave 150k as I wasn't unaware about the range before.

We’ve liked a property in Lynnwood that’s close to the Edmonds community college. The proximity to I-99 is the only negative aspect as it’s generally considered unsafe.
