Do people really not get that complaining nonstop on a project is going to impact future roles at the same consulting firm?

I have been working in my job for a year now but I have 5 years of experience. I am technically doing 3 full time jobs - marketing manager, social media manager & part time recruiter for a trucking company. I am starting to become overwhelm and SEVERELY underpaid. I’m only at 45k for all of the work I do.

So my question is how do you ask for a raise? How much should you project for over what you’re already making? What should you have prepared to back up your reasoning?

I just started in-house for the first time, as a first in house (IP) attorney in the US. I’m new to the role and the company is new to having an attorney. Please recommend where I can learn about in house best practices? I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.
