BCG is working to establish their presence in Canada but their team is focused on establishing top down. Bain doesn’t have digital focus. Can anyone shed some light on other T2 firms?

Im interviewing with a company who typically closes ~10-12 deals a year, these companies are generally between $10-50M in revenue. My questions is that im trying to gauge what WLB is going to be in an environment like this that’s closing 10+ deals a year. I hate parties. How do people enjoy big parties? The older I get, the harder it is for me to have the mental capacity to text people back.
