Anyone here consider (or actually) take a Coronavirus distribution for their 401k (assuming you meet the vague requirements for one) of up to 100k (no 10% penalty, three years to roll into another plan (can be IRA-roth or non Roth) and counted as a trustee to trustee transfer (no one per year IRA rollover issues)?

Thoughts on using this as an opportunity to get $100k out of the 401k and into accounts you want to increase investment flexibility (and broker account bonuses)?

What's the differences between working at ServiceNow Global Elite partners like Deloitte, DXC, IBM, KPMG versus Elite partners like GlideFast, Infosys, Cognizant, Thirdera, Crossfuze, Highmetric, etc.? Do you feel being treated like a person at smaller companies (Elite partners) rather than just a number at bigger companies (Global Elite)? Do smaller fishes (Elite) lose more big contracts to big fishes (Global Elite)? I'm considering a change and don't know which companies to choose.

When someone offers to introduce you to someone in their network, do they ask for your resume as well, or just set up the intro without your resume? Just curious. I hear differing views - some people say your resume is confidential and shouldn’t be shared for networking calls and some say it is a must. Would you ask for someone’s resume to set up an intro call to an MD?

I joined KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice straight from college and am approaching my 6 month mark here. I want to jump over to IB, realistically targeting an MMIB. That said, what would be some ways to present myself as a strong candidate over someone coming in from a tiny boutique shop? I know that modeling, BIWS 400, and networking is key, but I’m not sure what else to do to stand out. Also is CPA even worth it? Would love to hear from y’all, esp from former FDD/B4 folks that made it.
