Moms, did having daycare at your gym help you to go more often? Did the environment help?
Hubby thinks that we can workout at home (peloton, weight bench, online classes, jogging stroller) or in our community gym & pool. But I'm excited to join a local sports club with lots of amenities (classes, squash, tennis, swim) and 2.5 hrs daycare / day.
I'm remote so getting out of the house occasionally would be nice, plus give baby some exposure. Baby will start full time 9-4 daycare soon though.

A lot of vitamins can cause nausea. I don’t have recommendations on prenatals, but taking vitamins after you have something on your stomach, or even just before bed at night, can help prevent the nausea.

If you take without food you will get nauseous like with any other vitamin. Take with food. I take Theralogix as it’s NSF certified and my Docs recommended them.
It depends on the prenatals. if they have iron then no, if they do have iron then take with food.
