Hi, I’m currently working in Infosys (4 YOE). Now I have two offers one from Eurofins(14LPA) and one from EY(16LPA). I wanted to get placed in Product Based. I gave interview in EY thinking its product based but just came to know its service based. Please advise whether I should go for Eurofins as its a product based or EY as its a better offer. How do y’all handle attorneys fees award in your retention agreements? Right now I have it as basically a bonus in addition to the contingency, but I have a potential client asking that it be deducted from the gross amount for purposes of calculating the contingency.

My thing is, the fight for attorneys fees is a huge fight in and of itself (not to mention rarely awarded). What incentive do I have to fight for a fee award if I’m not really benefiting from it??

I apply for this job online and Slack the hiring manager letting them know of my interest and that I would like to chat with them about the position. Here’s the problem: I got an automated email notification saying I’m no longer being considered for the role and they are no longer hiring for the role. Is it difficult to get from 6month probation period to confirmation in Accenture ? Are you allowed to take leave during Probation period?

I was offered X$ as a salary for a supervisor role. I asked for 10k more as a counter and received a greater breakdown of the correct pay being offered. As per my knowledge EPF interest is calculated month on month basis however it is credited at end of the financial year.

What if I transfer the EPF amount to other companies PF account will I be getting the whole year’s interest on the amount that is transferred at end of the financial year or else will it be on pro rata basis?
