Do recruiters care more about your work in your portfolio or experience on your resume?

If you’re apply from a big 4 to another for the same job you do, how do you explain to recruiters why you want to be there? It’s basically the same place…

Are any other recruiters having candidates go around them after putting together positions for them? I am letting the firms know that the attorney has gone around me and forward the emails but is there a way to let the attorneys know this won’t go unnoticed and the firm will find out without being accusatory?

Preparing for an interview with Google for their product strategy/gtm role. They said it’s for l6/l7 role. Should I expect estimation / technical questions? When answering questions should I avoid going too deep? The answer examples I see are typically super high level for biz questions, but I’m just worried that a lot of answers are provided by junior folks (apms etc)

I had a tech interview for TCS today I gave answers for 70% of the questions rest 30% couldn’t able to answer is thr any chances of me getting selected?
