Do seniors in big 4 tas lead deals similar to how seniors in audit lead the audit fieldwork and meetings being that seniors in TAS are bottom of the rung again since it’s a new service line

I’m interested in transitioning out of big 4 compliance monitoring/internal audit into the cannabis industry. What is the reputation of the Big 4 in terms of IB related fields in the US, especially NYC?
I have heard that one of them does not have a good reputation and some people in this Bowl and other IB forums have posted that they would never hire anyone from that company.
Can you confirm this or is this an exaggeration and in reality there is little difference in reputation among the Big 4?
I want to get into IBD at a BB and want to start my journey off right.
