Hi! I got a offer for the title Product Operations, but the responsibilities are Jack of all trades wearing multiple hats. Should I negotiate to change my job title to Product marketing instead of product operations? Which one has better career path/pay?

How many hours a week do you spend on sales enablement?

I am 1 month out from my 1yr & want to ask 4 a raise. Currently make 80K, NYC. What is a fair amount to ask for? 90k? I am super hard worker, recently won an award, & have great relationship w/client

I had my PHR back in early 2000, then made a career change to a paramedic (I know, right). I called SHRM and they said I'm eligible to test again even though I only currently have 1.5 yrs of HR.

I purchased the online study guide and it seems that HR has gone in a completely different direction - more operations related than employee relations etc.

Did anyone find this online training to be helpful? I test in July, so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?

I am having an offer from UBS for 36 lpa fixed + 2.5 jb in pune but my current organization (tech m) is trying to retain me with same package( 36 lpa incl %100 variable payout around 5 includes 5 lac variable) it's in Bangalore.
