Per diem dinner allowance for Orlando at KPMG seems low at $33. That city has become much more expensive especially since it’s essentially a resort town. What do other firms allow?
Strategy& vs PWC perks: are there any differences? Specifically for things like expense amounts, ability to book biz class tickets, gym memberships, airport lounge access, cell phone stipends, etc.
I don't understand the Deloitte cell phone expense policy. $200 for equipment? Doesn't Deloitte pay for our work phones anyway without having to expense? I remember just being given one when joining
EY folks - Is it possible to claim phone expense if you are in a group plan? I have paid my share of the bill through Amex but the cumulative bill is not in my name as I am not the account owner. Would this work?

Hey guys. I have a soon to be nonprofit church struggling because they already started services (collecting offerings too against my advice) before things were set with an EIN and they gave an event already planned out and are trying to find a way to spend and collect before the things are in order. They want to know if one of their small business owners can expense and collect then consider it a donation. Is this possible? Any advice or loopholes that are Legal and will avoid issues later on?
Accenture Managers & up: does Accenture pay a new phone + plan? Or do they just reimburse the cost of your personal plan. Turning in my one and only phone to D and trying to decide if I need to buy a new one now or figure out a temporary solution until Accenture sends one in about a month when I start.

How do you deal with back pain? I tried all things that could potentially help like getting lumbar support, ergonomic pillow, stretching steadily throughout the day etc. I'm seriously concerned if it will be what blocks me from moving forward in my career. Typical hours ranging 60 to 70 and i know my back will only keep getting worse during WFH and it's out of control. TIA.
Hey all, dad is visiting and needs to get a heart condition checked out (procedure isn’t available in India). Employer health plan doesn’t cover parents. Anyone familiar with the options we have?
I wrote a rec letter for one of my legal assistants for law school right before COVID got bad and we all started working remote. Ever since then, this assistant has seemingly been slacking. There’s only so much I can actually see/review without seriously micromanaging her. I’ve spoken to her about her slacking at least twice and both times she just brushed it off. I want to withdraw my rec letter, but I feel like it’s too late. She is leaving at the end of the summer. Should I just let it be?

Folks who have been naturalized -- is it really necessary to bring printed copies of tax returns or evidence of your international trips to the interview? I've read about people bring several years worth of tax returns but nowhere does it say on USCIS.
