If you are on an FWA, do you need to meet your FWA utilization hours every week? I.e I am 75% so do I need 30 charge plus whatever admin hours to mercury? I am talking to my people consultant and she seems to think so. In a job that is highly seasonal, how is this possible??
I pity those who revel in the "accomplishment" of have 100+ YTD utilization. Y'all got suckered by the firm.
What are firms utilization and sales expectations for manager? My sales for first year manager is 1m and utilization is 70%. Is this generally normal, lenient, or aggressive? I’m at a small boutique ~100 people

Reviewing resumes and I see more and more frequent that people last one year or less at a job and move on to the next. Is that the new norm? I’m a millennial but my last job I was with for over 4 years. Can I ask in the interview why they’ve moved around so much? Or find a nicer way of asking that. Recently i got an offer from HCL tech. The scheduled only one round of interview and then HR discussion happened and offered me around 45% from current package.
