A new analyst has joined our team… she has no idea what she’s doing. Zero financial market knowledge, struggles with Excel, PowerPoint and even Outlook emails… simple tasks that should take a new joiner 1-2 hours are taking days… she’s clearly not a fit for the role and is very awkward/anxious person so probably not right for a sales position… It’s making my job unenjoyable, what do I do?!

Just accepted a job as Social Worker at a 56 bed SNF. Was told at interview that working hours were 8:00-4:30. Now finding out that the social worker normally works 8am-7:30pm regularly. She also doesn’t take lunches. Just wondering if this is the norm or will I be able to adjust some things and work normal hours after she leaves?
