Diagnosed with ADHD at 40. Tried Vyvanse for a couple of months. It works in terms of depriving grogginess, afternoon post meal crash, and suppressing appetite (at times).

However, I still needed help planning/prioritizing my day,  listening and active note taking, and keeping myself accountable. So decided to replace meds with coffee. Also, the fact that most people on meds had to progressively increase their medication over time did not sit well with me. (cont'd)

Started in Tax 1yr ago but was pulled onto PPPConsulting project 10 months in. After PPP I can’t see myself going back to tax. Embarrassing to admit but I have a hard time putting my phone down and I’m sick of wasting my time. I’ve only found ones that allow you to block access to selected apps but it also allows you to end the blocking period whenever you’d like (thus not really helping my ADHD impulses). I need advice for how to manage my anxiety. It's started getting really bad recently and it's affecting my work.

I’ve been working out at F45 (45min of HIIT/functional circuit training) daily from 7am-8am & doing intermittent fasting. My fast ends at 11:30am but I’m so hungry after my workouts, it’s hard to focus during that 3.5 hour window. Anyone else have this problem? My relevant work experience as a Programmer is 3 years but my overall experience is 9 years where I worked in a BPO earlier.
