My friend has a L1a issued in 2018 valid until 2023 with blanket. The I-129 expired April 2021. Fragomen filed the extension of I-129 petition in March in Texas USCiS center. Fragomen adviced that she can stay in the US legally working 240 days since the receipt of the case (March). Do you know what happens next if USCIS does not process the I-129 on time (e.g December)? Anyone in the same boat with Fragomen? Is travel required to renew the I-129?
